How to make Prawns Belchaw fish dish
Prawns Belchaw
- 1 kg Shrimp
- 1 cup Peanut Oil to fry
- 2 cups Onions
- Half a cup Tomatoes
- 10 curry leaves
- 1 tsp sugar salt according to taste
For the paste -:
- 20 red chilies
- 1 tsp cumin
- Half a teaspoon black pepper
- 15 Veldode
- 15 cloves
- 4 inches cinnamon
- 2 inches came
- 150 ml malt vinegar
Method -:
Add all the ingredients for the paste in a mixer and make a paste.
Let the kadai head up it smokes.
Add prawns and fry for 2 min.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onions well.
Add finely chopped tomatoes to it.
Add the prepared paste and saute.
Add prawns and cook well.
the amount of salt and pepper should be checked according to the taste.
This dish combined with rice.
