2.     Fat
3.     Salt

              Method  -:

              Wash and wipe the meet well. 

              Put in a roasting pan sprinkle salt and put a cut a cut of fat over it.

             These meat roast on gas flame for 10 to 20 min.

             Also these meat roast in electric oven for 30 to 50 min.
